T3L (Teach Them To Love Outreach Ministries) is a Community Outreach Support and Christian Counseling Center. We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization serving the community with relevant, evidence-based practices outreach programs. Our services are Holistically designed to those suffering from Family Violence, Substance Use Disorders, Emotional, Behavioral and Spiritual challenges; Parenting and co-parenting. One of our primary goals is to strengthen the family unit through life skills development, protective parenting education and domestic violence prevention and education.

Lolita Gilmore is a private practitioner and retired Army Combat Veteran with over 21 years of Active Duty Service to include employee of Central Texas College as an Adjunct Professor in the Mental Health Department, and serves the Fort Hood and surrounding areas as a nationally certified Victim Advocate with over 10 years of advocacy services. She holds a Master’s degree in Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelors in Health Services Trident University of Cypress California and is a certified/ licensed professional by the Texas Dept. of State Health Services as a Chemical Dependency Counselor and Drug Offender Educator. She is also licensed a licensed Minister and certified Clinical Christian Counselor .

Lolita utilizes the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Outpatient Treatment Modules and the Nurturing Parenting Program NREPP Evidence-Based Practice Curriculum to Educate Parents of Children involved in Family Court and with Children’s Protective Services.

Teach Them To Love (T3L) staff serves the Fort Hood surrounding areas (Killeen, Harker Heights, Temple and Copperas Cove and Lampasses) of Bell County and Coryell County offering Protective Parenting Evidence-Based Programs to include Alcohol, Anger and Abuse and Children don’t mix. Substance Abuse Treatment, Family and individual Chaplain Counseling Services, Family Advocacy for Domestic Violence & CPS-Child Abuse Cases.

Our agency offers low-cost crisis Intervention, counseling and consulting services for Individuals, couples and families At Risk that desire self-help or individuals you are referred and/or mandate to completed services by their employer, CPS, Bell and Coryell county CSCD/Probation and Parole. Our services are provided by  Masters level  licensed community health workers and licensed professional counselors and social workers with more than  35 years of combined experience serving families and children involved with Children Protective Services, probation, parole, mental health agencies and the family court systems.

Teach Them To Love (T3L) Outreach Ministries mission statement is to “Rebuild broken lives, restore lost ambition, discover hidden potential, cultivate undeveloped gifts.  To turn liabilities into assets through outreach counseling people in regaining a solid psychological and financial footing, allowing them to re-assert themselves as leaders of families, becoming contributors to the community at large.”

Their Services

 Two of the most neglected segments of the American population are victims (women) of domestic violence and substance abuse. This organization will provide faith-based counseling, support services, stress management, conflict management, and relationship enrichment. We will also educate on dating violence prevention, chemical dependency recovery and prevention services. It is our goal to become a vocal advocate for victims of domestic violence and those suffering from substance abuse in the Central Texas area.  We will also engage in outreach ministries and outreach counseling.
